finally, the one thing i can't live without is back by my side. my precious laptop. The mainboard get burned last week and it die off. Nothing work except the beautiful blue light. So I sent for warranty repair with Hewlet Packard in Penang by myself because normay it took way longer if you sent it via a distributor.
I always have a bad feeling about warranty service and how slow it took them to repair and delay and this and that; you know what I'm talking about. Surprisingly with Hewlett Packard service center, it's the total opposite of what I am expecting. The lady is extremely helpful and friendly, everything goes wel and efficiently. What can I say? amazing services, i got it back within 3 working day as promised.
To the Hewlett Packard front desk lady and to the engineer who attended to my problem, i hereby say Thank You!
P/S: I'm still waiting for LG service center to call me for my chocolate phone.
